Lead Creative Designer - UI

We're looking for an exceptional Lead UI Designer with excellent UI experience to create engaging digital interfaces for immersive experiences, live events, exhibitions, interactive installations, touchscreen applications, experiential websites and digital products.
About You
- Lead experience as a Creative UI Designer and team lead experience
- Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and modern prototyping tools experience
- Proven experience designing high-quality user interfaces within an experiential agency, digital agency, events, exhibitions, immersive technology, gaming or interactive experience environment.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating UI design across interactive experiences, immersive installations, event technology, touchscreen applications, experiential websites, digital products and branded environments.
- Expert visual design skills, including typography, layout, colour, grid systems, responsive design and interaction design.
- Experience designing interfaces for physical and digital touchpoints, including exhibitions, live events, immersive spaces, visitor experiences and interactive displays.
- Ability to translate complex concepts, narratives and brand stories into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and production teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows, rapid prototyping, generative AI tools or AI-powered product experiences would be highly advantageous.
- Passion for emerging technologies, digital innovation and creating best-in-class interactive experiences.
- Comfortable presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience taking projects from concept through to delivery.
Desirable
- Experience with immersive media, real-time technologies, interactive environments or large-format digital installations.
- Understanding of UX principles, user journeys and experience mapping.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, intelligent interfaces or AI-driven creative workflows.
You'll craft visually compelling, user-centred interfaces that bring brands, stories and experiences to life across both physical and digital environments. Working alongside UX designers, developers, visualisation specialists and creative teams, you'll transform ideas into intuitive, high-impact experiences that captivate audiences.
This role would suit an experienced LeadUI Designer ready to step into a lead position, or an established Lead UI Designer with a strong portfolio of experience-led digital work.
