Build your career where technology, artificial intelligence and business improvement meet.

Are you a recent graduate who enjoys solving problems, working with technology and figuring out why a process isn’t working as efficiently as it should?

We’re looking for a Graduate IT & AI Process Analyst to join our team and help us improve the way people, processes, data and technology work together.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across IT, business analysis, process optimisation, data, automation and artificial intelligence. You’ll work alongside different teams to understand how the business operates, identify areas for improvement and help introduce technology-led solutions.

You won’t be expected to arrive as an AI specialist. We’re looking for someone with the curiosity to learn, the analytical mindset to investigate problems and the confidence to explore how technology can create better ways of working.

The role

You’ll act as a link between business users and technical teams.

Your job will be to understand a business problem, investigate the process behind it, examine the available data and help determine whether the answer lies in a process change, system improvement, automation, AI or a combination of these.

As you gain experience, you’ll become involved in projects that improve efficiency, reduce repetitive work, improve data quality and support better decision-making.

What you’ll be working on

Understand how teams currently carry out their day-to-day activities and document the processes involved.

Speak with business users to understand problems, requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Analyse workflows and identify unnecessary manual tasks, delays, duplication and potential sources of error.

Use data to investigate operational problems and support evidence-based recommendations.

Create process maps, workflow diagrams, requirements documents and other business analysis materials.

Work with IT teams to understand how existing applications, databases and enterprise systems support business activities.

Investigate where automation, AI or digital tools could improve a process.

Help assess potential AI use cases by considering business value, feasibility, data requirements and practical implementation.

Support the development of automated workflows and technology solutions.

Help translate business needs into clear functional requirements for developers, IT teams or solution providers.

Assist with user testing, system testing and validation of new solutions.

Support the implementation of process and technology changes and monitor their effectiveness.

Help maintain clear documentation of processes, requirements, systems and improvements.

Keep up to date with developments in AI, automation and business technology and consider how relevant innovations could be applied within the organisation.

What Is an AI Forward Deployed Engineer? The Fastest-Growing Job in AI for 2026

If you have been watching AI job boards over the past year, one title keeps surfacing again and again: the forward deployed engineer, or FDE. It has gone from a niche term known mainly to Palantir alumni to arguably the hottest role in the entire AI hiring market. Job postings for forward deployed engineers have exploded, salaries have climbed past levels most software engineers will ever see, and the biggest names in AI — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Salesforce, Databricks and Palantir — are all competing for the same small pool of talent. So what exactly is an AI forward deployed engineer, why has demand surged so dramatically, and how do you position yourself to land one of these roles? This guide breaks it all down for AI engineers, software engineers and data scientists looking at their next move.
