Our exciting AI product: ELI, developed in partnership with The University of Salford and HF, is set to transform insurance claims handling using advanced technology that leverages HF’s expert legal knowledge. That’s people-powered technology.

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help accelerate the delivery of ELI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software that meets business and customer needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the insurtech and legal tech space.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

* Develop and deliver custom components and configure platforms to align with business requirements.

* Work across front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and security.

* Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

* Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Contribute to the development of our AI-driven product suite, including ELI.

* Occasionally engage with clients or internal teams to understand needs and provide technical guidance.

What we’re looking for:

Essential Skills:

* Strong experience in C# for backend/API development.

* Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with exposure to frameworks such as Angular (front-end) and Node.js (backend).

* Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies as needed.

* Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Desirable Skills:

* Awareness of Azure services, particularly Azure AI and how OpenAI integrates within Azure.

* Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and APIs.

* Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

* Strong communication and customer service skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
