You'll play a key role in shaping a product from the ground up, working across the full technology stack and helping to deliver AI-powered capabilities that solve complex real-world problems.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces used daily across complex workflows and decision-making processes.
• Develop data-rich dashboards, document management experiences, and AI-powered features that simplify complex information and processes.

• Translate sophisticated AI and automation workflows into responsive, user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable front-end solutions that balance usability, performance, and functionality.

• Drive front-end best practices across architecture, testing, accessibility, performance optimisation, and security.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong React and Typescript is essential, with React Native experience being highly desirable
• Experience developing complex, data-heavy enterprise applications with a focus on usability and performance.

• Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, front-end testing, and application security.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar productivity tools.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Up to £80,000 base salary
• Contributory pension scheme
• Bonus
