Security Clearance: Active DV and sole British nationality required.

This role offers that lifestyle, together with some of the most interesting Machine Learning/AI/ Computer Vision work available to Security Cleared Engineers.

The work

You will take intelligent systems for object tracking, automated monitoring and intelligent triaging out of research and into real world operation. You will be the link between the research team and production engineering, which means you will:

* Deploy and test computer vision and ML systems in live environments.

* Turn research models into robust, production grade software.

* Plan and run specialised data collections, from acquisition through to high quality labelling.

* Brief non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership on what the technology can and can't do.

Experience

* 7+ years of professional machine learning experience.

* A proven record building computer vision models for object tracking (CNNs, Transformers) and real time video analytics.

* Expert Python, plus hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

* Experience owning the full data lifecycle.

* The ability to explain complex AI clearly to anyone.

* A degree in Computer Science, AI or a related quantitative field.

* DV Cleared.

Desirable Experience

Experience with agentic AI frameworks and stacked or multi model systems, and MLOps experience such as model versioning, source control and deployment architecture.
