Demonstrated Process Mastery: A proven track record in business process analysis, mapping, and the creation of meticulous 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' documentation.

  • The 'Spreadsheet Decoder' Mindset: Exceptional ability to audit complex spreadsheets (formulas, macros, data tracking habits) and reverse-engineer them into functional business logic.

  • Facilitation & Discovery Excellence: Highly skilled at leading interviews, observation sessions, and interactive workshops to uncover true business needs and unwritten operational steps, navigating ambiguity to clarify requirements even when documentation is scarce.

  • Agile Collaboration: Experience working directly alongside Product Owners and Developers to translate complex operational habits into structured, clear technical specifications and user stories.

  • Operational Versatility: Proven capability to juggle multiple parallel projects, coordinating effectively with large stakeholder groups and maintaining momentum across competing priorities.

  • Empathy & Change Management: A patient, collaborative approach to guiding non-technical users through the transition away from familiar legacy tools.

  • Delivery & Professional Standards: Target-driven and focused on solution delivery; maintains an understanding of data governance frameworks and ITIL processes to ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.

  • Experience with Archimate for process mapping is desirable.
