The Opportunity

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and domain experts working on advanced AI and data-driven systems.

Your work will focus on turning complex data into actionable insight—supporting decision-making, improving systems, and solving real-world challenges across security, technology, and digital transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, building, and deployingmachine learning models for real-world applications
  • Working withlarge language models (LLMs) to develop intelligent systems and tools
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production environments
  • Conducting research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping
  • ImplementingMLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
  • Translating business and stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Continuously improving AI/ML systems, frameworks, and performance

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who combine strong technical ability with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.

  • StrongPython skills
  • Experience building ML models using frameworks likePyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
  • Hands-on experience withLLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agents)
  • Understanding ofMLOps principles and tools (e.g. MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases)
  • Experience deploying solutions inAWS or cloud environments
  • Familiarity withDocker, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest AI/ML developments
