• Demonstrated experience in business analysis or process improvement roles where you have mapped workflows and identified practical interventions for change.
• Proven ability to engage constructively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Practical understanding of prompt engineering techniques including task decomposition, context supply strategies, output specification design, and evaluation of prompt effectiveness.
• Experience identifying where AI tools or automation can enhance business outcomes without requiring deep technical development skills such as machine learning model building.
• Awareness of responsible AI considerations such as confidentiality risks, hallucination mitigation strategies, bias detection methods, provenance tracking mechanisms, data quality assurance practices, security protocols, and human review requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives with business users-including planning adoption activities; producing quick-start guides; gathering feedback; iterating on solutions; and driving continuous improvement cycles.
