We are looking for adaptable individuals with a passion for mathematics and an ability to apply it in real world modelling and problem solving.

Job Title:Weapon System Algorithm Developer

Salary:circa £55,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Bristol (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically, 4 days per week on-site, due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.

Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

You will complement our team in developing algorithms for future weapon systems.  We are a specialist and forward-thinking team using product knowledge and system analysis to develop the algorithms that underpin the advanced capabilities of our weapon systems. To keep ahead of our rivals, we are always looking to the state of the art in algorithm technology.
