Are you a Air Conditioning Engineer with a passion and experience of working on VRVs, this company are recruiting due to work load and a new contract.
As a VRV Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems. You will work on a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects, ensuring that systems are operating efficiently and effectively while providing high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair VRV/VRF HVAC systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs for system malfunctions.
  • Perform system testing and commissioning.
  • Carry out regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and staff.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC needs are met.
  • Complete reports and documentation for all work completed.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of VRV/VRF systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles and electrical systems.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, F-Gas, or equivalent).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Full UK driving license (or applicable local license).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with a variety of VRV/VRF manufacturers (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, etc.).
  • Knowledge of refrigerant handling and related regulations.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
