You lead by example, demonstrate strong cross-culture people management, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are excited to work at a start-up competing head-to-head with industry giants. You share BlackSwan’s commitment to winning.Requirements: At least 10 years of technology management and leadership, delivering complex enterprise software (B2B/B2B2B) to very large organizationsAt least 5 years of managing project/delivery managers of complex enterprise programsAt least 2 years working for a multinational start up offering enterprise softwareProven experience interacting with high-ranking officials of international enterprisesExtensive experience overseeing the concurrent delivery of multiple, large, complex technology projects, including oversight of strategy/technical roadmap, and customer and partner relationships managementIn depth knowledge of Agile delivery, Continuous Implementation, lean startups, and multi-cultural managementStrong technological background backed by extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, distributed big data processing solutions and SaaS/PaaS offeringsExpert knowledge of international business operations and strong multi-cultural skillsExperience from Intelligence/Data/Financial/Cyber industries – a big plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills, to both internal and external customersMaster’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experiencesWillingness to travelThe Opportunity We Offer:BlackSwanTechnologies.ai is seeking to fill a head of Field Operations position, with full responsibilityfor its field operations organization, its vision, performance and quality; Lead the organizationgrowth, and manage its budget; Head the interaction with other internal groups (Development,Product, Services, etc.) and external groups (customers, partners, suppliers); Ownership of full PaaSdelivery, from prospect to steady state; Lead and guide delivery culture to form a high-performanceteam in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities; Responsible for the delivery ofcutting-edge, highly scalable enterprise software embedded with knowledge technologies, machinelearning, deep learning, NLP, cloud agnostic serverless architecture, and open source intelligence;Key member of the executive team, Work in collaboration with other executives to define andimplement corporate strategy.
