We are a leading provider of broadcasting solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality linear video content to millions of viewers worldwide. Our team of innovative engineers works on cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless delivery of live broadcasting services. What youll do Lead and manage a team of video broadcast engineers responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of linearplayout broadcasting systems. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of video playout products and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, Core Engineering and Monitoring. to ensure seamless delivery of broadcasting services. Monitor and troubleshoot video delivery issues, ensuring high availability and quality of service. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the teams projects as appropriate. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Manage team WIP limits Roadmaps, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery for multiple projects . What youll bring Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in video engineering, and with a leadership role. Strong understanding of video Playout technologies. Experience with broadcasting infrastructure, specifically with BCNEXXT, Techex. Appear, Tag and other playout Vendors Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to broadcasting and video delivery.
