Job Description

Jellyfish is looking for an experienced Vice President of Paid Search to lead our global Paid Media team. Reporting to our senior leadership team, You will be instrumental in shaping our Paid Search strategies and driving performance for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Provide strategic direction for local and international teams within the Paid Media department. You'll cultivate positive, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers to enhance project outcomes and satisfaction. Collaborate with other Steering Groups at Jellyfish to align efforts towards common goals and priorities. Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns, providing guidance to ensure client expectations and Goals are met. Manage the production and presentation of client-facing reports, ensuring adherence to Jellyfish brand standards. Collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to create solutions for clients. Lead Global Paid Search initiatives, working with the Global Paid Media Steering Committee. Continuously improve working relationships and practices within the team. Promote the evolution of the Paid Search service offering by focusing on automation, AI, and machine learning. Ensure appropriate account resource allocation, aligning skills and roles with client needs. Mentor team members, setting training and personal development plans and conducting regular feedback sessions. Ensure overall team performance aligns with Jellyfish values and goals, motivating Directors to work towards our goals. Partner with Growth and Business Development teams to secure new business and develop materials that support the growth and productisation of the Paid Media solution. Be the point of escalation for major client accounts and lead strategy discussions during crucial client meetings. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the digital landscape, sharing insights externally through publications, webinars, and conferences. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape and Jellyfish’s marketplace, focusing on latest formats, technical solutions, and industry initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

You'll have an in-depth understanding of paid media technologies and processes, including proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides,) 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media management. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree. Skills using industry recognised certifications in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics. Great atmanaging enterprise-level Paid Search campaigns, with knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.Client-centric -You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.Analytics & Reporting -You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.Process Improvement -You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.Creative Problem Solving -You produce unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.Team Collaboration -You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
