This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic, global environment and partner with some of the world's leading brands. We are looking for analytic executives who possess excellent communication skills, have a desire to work with senior executives at some of the world’s leading companies, and possess an ability to work with Ipsos MMA data science teams to help translate technical outputs into meaningful recommendations for these clients.Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment and this person will be required to be based out of our London office regularly.What will I be doing?Client Relationships: Ensure the health of the existing client base within the vertical. This includes building lasting senior relationships at clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, and becoming a “trusted advisor” for the client in matters related to online/offline marketing, pricing, operations, forecasting, or other areas related to MMAs expertise in the marketplace.Revenue Accountability: Grow the base revenue of each client and expand the vertical through both existing and new client growth YOY.Consulting Excellence: Provide world-class consulting support to MMA clients in relevant verticals, and guide teams working on these businesses to grow their abilities in providing the same.Activation Leadership: Guide cross-functional stakeholders at our clients and their agency partners in the implementation of results and embedding these results into their ongoing business planning process.Value Tracking: Establish a process at each client for tracking the value we deliver in the form of improvements in both revenue and profit. Ensure that this value tracker/results are shared with the senior sponsor and executive team through our quarterly governance process.Governance: Establish and adhere to a formal governance process at each of our clients to ensure cross-functional alignment with program objectives and ongoing feedback.Project Delivery: Enable and enforce on-time and quality deliverables for clients.Business Operations: Ensure all operational and financial metrics and guidelines are met. This includes SOW creation and signing, invoice, project timelines, hours reporting, etc.This role will involve some travel to Europe which could amount to about 40% of the time during peak delivery periods.What do I need to bring with me?Extensive experience in marketing analytics and consulting, with a proven track record of leading and growing client relationships.Deep understanding of advanced analytic techniques, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and predictive modeling.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior executives.Strong business acumen and a passion for solving complex business challenges.Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Consulting skills within the industry.Business development.Business operation excellence.Excellent communication skills.Financial compliance.What's in it for me?Ipsos UK offers an attractive basic salary and a rewards package including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and a great range of flexible benefits to suit your personal needs.
