Responsible for all Sales functions in the Rest of World with dotted lines to global Partner and SE leaders. Driving revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development. Executing sales strategy, tactics, and plans to achieve New Logo and Consumption Revenue goals.What you will be doing;

Direct Sales

You will occasionally take the lead on large and critical deals. The position is both a coaching role and hands-on sales role. Cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive strategic partnerships and business 

Team Management

Managing and motivating Regional Vice Presidents to hit revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis In-depth knowledge of Matillion culture and product  Drive team new logo acquisition  Drive prospecting and pipeline creation  Fostering the development of the team through sales support, educational/training programs, 1:1 coaching Working with Alliances/Marketing/SDR teams to ensure cohesion and effective go-to-market strategy  Hiring, onboarding, and effective enablement of new starters  Following sales process, always leading by example, respected by the organization  Ensuring performing sales team members are motivated, energized, and supported to hit goals

Operational Management

Accurately “bottoms-up” forecasting revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis  Be metric driven. Measure and report team performance KPIs, including seller productivity, net new ARR, expansion, and churn Responsible for data quality and seller enablement across all systems and tools  Responsible for reporting to leadership with a keen eye for innovation and process

Partner Relationship Development

Foster strong relationships with our vendor and technology partners  Enable seller-to-seller relationships to drive new business  Educate partners on the value of Matillion to their business

Technical/Role Specific

10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth and sales and marketing in fast growing technology companies (AI experience strongly preferred) Experience partnering with leaders in Marketing and Communications, Product Management, Customer Experience, Operations, and other key functions to drive results from pre-funnel through customer expansion and retention Proven enterprise sales leadership experience with a strong record in mentoring, empowering and positively challenging a team to develop themselves to best-in-class standards and achieve defined business goals  Some knowledge of Cloud Data warehouse and sales of Cloud Data Warehouse or Data Warehouse products Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail  Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills 

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated base compensation range for this position is £142,000 - £213,000. This role is eligible for variable pay so your total on-target earnings will be between £284,000 - £426,000 but the final salary will be based on the relevant skills and experience demonstrated in the hiring process. This job posting will be closed to applications on 10/31/24.
