Job Title:UX Designer

Location: Bristol Hybrid 2 Days per week in the office

Salary:Up to 50000 if you have all the skills & experience / Plus up to 10% annual company bonus

UX Designer

As Product UX Designer your continuous collaboration with the product and engineering team will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our current and future products. From customer discovery concept ideation to delivery you are deeply orientated around our customers and the value our products bring to them.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

Vaarst is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and stakeholders to understand project goals and define design requirements.
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new and innovative design concepts.
  • Create lowfidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Constantly test and validate ideas with real users and customers
  • Own and lead the Vaarst Design System.
  • Disseminating good frontend design practices throughout the organization.
  • Support and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on prototypes.
  • Develop highfidelity visual designs in Figma that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the final product.

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing concepttoprototype projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Miro.
  • Indepth understanding of usercentered design principles and interaction design.
  • Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
