If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.The PV Entitlement Experience team is seeking a Senior TechnicalProgram Manager to lead transformational initiatives which enablePV to further grow the offer selection for customersinternationally, as well as innovate in both the customer sign-upand retention journeys. Key job responsibilities 1. Defining andleading program management mechanisms for key engineeringinitiatives, which typically involve multiple stakeholders acrossengineering, product and UX. 2. Owning tech initiatives which areambiguous and bringing clarity to systems improvements as well asdriving alignment across engineering and product for delivery. 3.Owning key engineering goals for PV entitlement experience and thewider Subscriptions Tech organisation - be they improving the userexperience, enabling PV to go faster in launching new capabilities,or driving improvements to availability and resiliency for PVsEntitlement Experience services. 4. Partnering with multiple crossfunctional organisations within Prime Video, from Prime, Channels,Transactional VOD, Advertising, Live Sports and PV International. Aday in the life 1. Leading Critical Project Reviews (CPRs) for PVentitlement experience and Commerce Tech goals, together withengineering, product, UX and business stakeholders. 2. Periodicallyleading and driving roadmap reviews with engineering and productpeers. 3. Authoring 2 or 6 pagers to drive engineeringtransformation across PV Entitlement Experience. 4. Updating,reviewing and auditing goals that you own as well as those of yourpeers. 5. Driving availability and infrastructure campaigns for PVEntitlement Experience. 6. Participating in roadmap planning (12months and 3YP). About the team The PV Entitlement Experienceorganisation owns the customer journey and web services from thepoint of purchase in Prime Video, through to sign-up, checkout andcompletion. The team is structured into 3 programs, Entitlements,Offers (ensuring we present the best offer for a customer), andCheckout (allowing customers to sign-up and transact). All 3engineering teams are located in London, but we have partner teamsin Bangalore and Seattle. The Senior TPM will work across multipleinitiatives in this domain. We are evolving both the capabilitiesthat allow Prime Video to support multiple offer types and bundles,investing in machine learning to help identify the best offer, aswell as improving the customer journey to allow customers quicklyaccess their content. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1. Experience managingprograms across cross functional teams, building processes andcoordinating release schedules. 2. Experience in technical programmanagement working directly with software engineering teams. 3.Experience developing and executing/delivering product andtechnical roadmaps. 4. Experience managing technical programsacross cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinatingrelease schedules. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1.
