About therole: As a crucial member of the Claims Governance & ReportingTeam, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality, timely,and accurate reporting and management information (MI) to supportkey decision-making processes. Your primary responsibility will beto assist the Head of Claims Governance and Reporting in producingcomprehensive board, committee, and management meeting packs, aswell as designing and generating insightful MI reports anddashboards. Core Accountabilities - Deliver accurate, timelyreports and insights to support strategic decision-making. -Analyse claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesfor improvement. - Collaborate on reporting strategies that meetbusiness and regulatory standards. - Support system changes andprojects to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure data accuracy,integrity, and compliance across all reporting outputs. KeyResponsibilities - Collect, structure, and analyse client data toensure consistency and accessibility. - Validate metrics andenhance data quality for accurate reporting. - Produce claimsportfolio analysis, including root cause and performance insights.- Lead data flow projects and coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders. - Act as product owner for claims analytics tools anddevelop project roadmaps. - Use statistical tools to identifypatterns for diagnostic and predictive analysis. - Support audits,due diligence, and regulatory reporting, including loss runs. -Contribute to strategic initiatives (e.g. conduct risk, KPIs,consumer duty). Skills & Experience Required: - Strong skillsin data analysis, interpretation, and reporting - Proficiency inExcel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, VBA, and DAX - Experience in datatransformation and dashboard development - Knowledge ofinsurance/reinsurance and delegated claims oversight - Strongproblem-solving, communication, and organisational skills -Experience in project and product ownership - Comfortable workingindependently in a dynamic, change-driven environment Desired: -Familiarity with SQL, R, or other statistical tools - Exposure tomarket systems and delegated claims MI (BDX/Audit/Due Diligence) -Multilingual skills are a plus Regulatory & ConductRequirements: - Understanding the responsibilities and adhering tothe requirements of undertaking in an FCA/PRA regulatoryenvironment - Ensuring compliance with Insurance DistributionDirective - Satisfying all claims-related regulatory reportingrequirements in collaboration with the reporting function -Ensuring compliance with Munich Re's Code of Conduct and the FCA'sConduct Rules Benefits You will be rewarded with a greatcompensation package, on target bonus, 25 days annual leave withthe option to purchase more along with private medical insuranceand employers' contributory pension of 10% We are one of the fewemployers to offer fully paid 6months family leave for times whenyou need it the most.
