Unity & C# Prototype Engineer - Contract Opportunity

Responsibilities

Develop prototypes that explore the future of XR and AI interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, scientists, engineers, and product managers to bring concepts to life.
Work with engineering, research, and design teams to test and iterate on prototypes.
Stay current with advancements in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
Share research insights and best practices across teams.
Clearly communicate prototyping decisions to stakeholders.
Help establish prototyping processes and foster cross-functional alignment.
Create documentation for knowledge sharing (e.g., guides, wikis, repositories).

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in Unity and C#.
Experience developing for Quest and familiarity with the Unity Oculus Integration SDK.
Knowledge of networking and optimization for mobile/VR platforms.
Strong communication skills and comfort with iterative development.
Minimum 5 years in a prototyping role, with proven cross-functional collaboration.
At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML prototyping.
Technical expertise in large language models, deep learning, and neural networks.
Proficiency in C#, and familiarity with Python and shell scripting.
Ability to build prototypes within short timeframes.
Strong storytelling and communication skills.
Broad engineering competence and experience in dynamic or startup environments.
Adaptability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
