We're looking for a talented Offsite Proposition Senior Lead who expects more from their career.As the Proposition Senior Lead - Offsite Media at Tesco, you will support the development and execution of Tesco's offsite media propositions. This role is crucial in helping to expand Tesco's advertising reach beyond its own digital properties by working closely with various advertising technologies such as Clean Rooms, DSPs, SSPs, Social Platforms, CTV, and Search Providers. Support on audience strategy for Tesco media. You will collaborate with internal teams such as privacy, legal, technical, data science and sales to help integrate these offsite solutions within the dunnhumby (dh) ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities

Offsite Media Proposition Development:

  • Assist in developing plans for offsite media propositions strategy, scoping a mix of advertising technologies and platforms to grow Tesco's Retail Media portfolio
  • Work alongside the Proposition Manager to help deploy new partnerships, working through data privacy and legal queries through to trial and Participate in regular calls with partners (ITV, C4, Pinterest, Meta, TTD, Sky, LiveRamp and Infosum) to be informed on BAU and scope improvements and new opportunities
  • Be the subject matter expert on all our offsite partners, their commercial models, data flows and process flows
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure ongoing proposition developments for existing Sphere integrations and bring new offsite media solutions into dunnhumby sphere


Data-Driven Optimization and Innovation:

  • Understand our internal data insights tools for reference when developing offsite audience and measurement strategies with new and existing partners
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance Tesco's offsite media portfolio and effectiveness.


Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key technology providers and platforms, ensuring access to the latest tools and features for offsite media campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, and Marketing departments to align offsite media strategies with Tesco's broader business goals.
  • Support on go to marketfor delivery of end to end solution from alpha, beta and launch.


Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Work with the data science and sales enablement teams to establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the success of offsite media campaigns, conducting regular analyses to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage propositions deployment timelines with mobilisation lead for updating senior stakeholders

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of current digital marketing trends, advertising technology, and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, driving innovation and performance in offsite media strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Professional Experience: a deep understanding of advertising technologies such as DSPs, SSPs, Clean Rooms, CTV, and social media platforms.
