The Role:

AsTerritory Manager, you will be instrumental inidentifying, targeting, and winning new business. This is a commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan todrive new businessand expand market share across the South of England
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, from NHS and private healthcare providers to procurement teams and distributors.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations to secure new accounts.
  • Work autonomously, managing your own territory while being part of an ambitious, high-growth team.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities to position our client’s innovative technology as thego-to solutionin respiratory diagnostics.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven medical sales experience—ideally in small capital equipment
  • A hunter mentality—resilient, proactive, and results-driven, with a track record ofwinning new business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able tosell the valueof a cutting-edge product.
  • Full UK driving licenseand willingness to travel across the South of England.
