Our TechOps team

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled TechOps Platform Specialist to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the health, configuration, and security of our critical SaaS platforms. You will be a technical expert, responsible for maintaining data integrity, managing integrations, and taking ownership of the technical implementation and operation of our legal hold process, including designing and executing eDiscovery capabilities in close collaboration with our legal team. This role requires a strong understanding of data retention and preservation, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You’ll play a key role by...

  • Supporting our Legal and People teams with robust technical solutions for eDiscovery cases and legal hold implementations
  • Ensuring that platform configurations align with our security policies and industry best practices to protect data integrity
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential platform issues before they impact user experience
  • Implementing and maintaining automated monitoring and alerting systems to enhance platform reliability
  • Collaborating with the wider TechOps teams to design & support new tools and platforms
  • Generating and analysing regular reports on platform performance to drive data-driven improvements
  • Researching and recommending new technologies and tools that can enhance platform efficiency and security

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have hands-on experience with eDiscovery processes and tooling
  • You have extensive experience managing SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
  • You are well-versed in implementing technical processes for informational risk management and compliance
  • You possess strong skills in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
  • You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team

What’s in it for you

£60,000 - £75,000 share options. This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).
