We leverage our deep technical expertise toevaluate the risks associated with the use of technology forbusinesses in a number of sectors - from Consumer Markets, Retail,Technology Media & Telecoms, Natural Resources, Energy &Shipping and Financial Services. We use data analytics proceduresto look for trends, anomalies and also understand IT and businessprocesses whilst identifying the risks. It's exciting andinteresting work that can include evaluating risks around emergingtechnologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI),Robotics Process Automation (RPA) as well as cyber related risks.Aspart of our TRA team, you'll receive all the support you need toreach your potential and build your technical skills.We'll help yousucceedThe work we do is underpinned by quality. We deliver auditswhich are trusted and transparent which can be relied upon bycompanies and their stakeholders. You'll be someone who iscomfortable working pro-actively and, managing your own tasks, aswell as confident collaborating with others and communicatingregularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners.You'll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to allrelevant stakeholders as you provide long term value. You'll besomeone with responsibility for:Scope and plan our tech-enabledaudit approaches to address audit risk in the most effectivewayReviewing the work performed by the team so that high qualityaudit standards are maintainedProviding insightful reporting to ourinternal and external stakeholdersCoordinating and supporting ourregional TRA team to support both the current and future pipelineof work. Embedding strong project and financial management acrossthe team is essential.Inspirational People Management: Inspire,coach and develop the team will be essential. In addition,developing and overseeing training programmes will be important toensure skills remain current and relevant.Bring ideas to enhanceour delivery and act as a point of escalation throughout anengagement with respect to project delivery matters. Identify andraise matters with a Director/Senior Manager or Partner whileexercising judgement within agreed parameters.Innovation:Contribute to the development of methodologies and guidance forinternal use.Networking and Marketing: Act as an ambassador of thefirm, participate in marketing events, keep abreast of the widerange of services the firm offers and suggest innovative productsand services.
