The Role

  • Leadconsulting-led solutionsand support the delivery ofdocument and content managementservices across UK and EMEA.
  • Directly engage in customer projects, contributing40%of your time as a fee-earning consultant while growing a talented team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to conduct Business Process Reviews, enabling organisations to prioritise technology investments.
  • Build and oversee solutions ranging from Document Management to Workflow Automation and Digital Mailrooms.
  • Maintain strong control overproject delivery costs, timelines, and quality to meet margin targets and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver impactful Information Management solutions.
  • Engage clients with strategic conversations, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales consultations.
  • Support business growth by defining solution propositions and enhancing internal business processes.
  • Build a robust solution demo environment and contribute thought leadership through webinars, blogs, and events.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ yearsexperience in ECM, Intelligent Capture, and Workflow solutions within consulting or pre-sales environments.
  • Proven success delivering solutions across Document Management platforms likeM-Files, ELO, Kofax, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation,ERP, CRM, and Business Process Automation solutions.
  • Ability to influence C-Level stakeholders and deliver strategic reports.
  • Exceptional project management skills (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent preferred).
