Exciting Opportunity for a Consulting and Technical Services Manager Location: Enfield (UK) | Region: UK & EMEA A growing and innovative leader in Digital Transformation and Information Management solutions is seeking a Consulting and Technical Services Manager to drive delivery excellence and business growth across a rapidly evolving portfolio of services. Lead consulting-led solutions and support the delivery of document and content management services across UK and EMEA. Directly engage in customer projects, contributing 40% of your time as a fee-earning consultant while growing a talented team. Build and oversee solutions ranging from Document Management to Workflow Automation and Digital Mailrooms. Maintain strong control over project delivery costs , timelines, and quality to meet margin targets and client expectations. Develop and deliver impactful Information Management solutions. Proven success delivering solutions across Document Management platforms like M-Files, ELO, Kofax , etc. ~ Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation, ERP, CRM , and Business Process Automation solutions. ~ Exceptional project management skills (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent preferred). A strategic and consultative leader with a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation. Technically savvy with expertise across SharePoint, Machine Learning, and Data Automation trends. This role involves travel across the UK and internationally, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing, forward-thinking organisation.
