We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our mission in theGrowth Distribution team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team focused on highimpact initiatives that drive HubSpots growth by exploring and optimizing nonorganic acquisition channels.

About the Team:The Growth Distribution team is responsible for attracting highquality free signups from nonorganic channels. With search traffic dropping by 79 our mission has become even more critical in ensuring HubSpot continues to help millions of organizations grow better. We achieve this by supporting our Marketing and Business Development departments strengthening wellestablished channels like HubSpot for Startups and exploring new opportunities such as new thirdparty integrations.

Key expectations for a Technical Lead:

  • Act as a playercoach leading a highperforming team while also contributing to production code.
  • Mentor and support frontend engineers fostering innovation and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with Product Design and Data Science teams to define and drive strategic goals.
  • Ensure product reliability by proactively managing oncall responsibilities.
  • Shape product direction and advocate for a userfirst approach to development.
  • Encourage professional growth helping team members take on more complex challenges.
  • Facilitate crossteam collaboration to improve product features and usability.

What we look for in candidates:

  • Technical expertise in TypeScript React or similar frontend technologies.
  • A strong focus on user experience and the ability to empathize with user challenges.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems while aligning with business goals.
  • Experience or interest in data analysis (e.g. Amplitude Looker Excel).
  • Enthusiasm for integrating AIdriven efficiencies into the business.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • A handson leadership approach leading by example and fostering team growth.
