The Role

You’ll work directly with the founder to build our MVP and core AI systems from scratch. We need a strong engineer with a redemptive mindset — someone who cares deeply about how and why things are built. This is a hands-on, high-trust role shaping both product and culture from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect & Build MVP: Model integrations, monitoring, policy engine
  • Customer Back Prototyping: Solve end to end jobs to create workflow moats
  • Team & Culture: Hire and mentor our first engineers; champion a security first mindset

What You Bring

  • Regulated Industry Expertise: GDPR (Bonus: SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent)
  • AI/ML Deployment: 5+ years building/shipping ML models in UK/US markets
  • Backend & DevOps Mastery: Python or Node.js; cloud native services; CI/CD
  • Security First Mindset: Secure coding, threat modeling, data privacy
