What you’ll do at BTS:

Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies:You'll serve as their trusted advisor, collaborating closely to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and opportunities. Your role will involve building strong relationships, gaining deep insights into their businesses, delivering tailored solutions that address their specific needs and identifying referrals for new opportunities. Internally, you'll leverage these partnerships to drive innovation, foster strategic alignment, and continuously enhance the value proposition offered to our clients.Lead complex client projects:You'll be responsible for effectively managing client relationships and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes. Internally, you'll inspire and motivate your team, fostering collaboration, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement to achieve project excellence.Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities:Conceptualising and designing solutions & simulations that directly align with organisational strategy and business priorities. You'll leverage your strategic mindset to identify opportunities, develop innovative approaches, and translate them into experiences that drive tangible business impact. Internally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of these solutions & experiences to meet strategic objectives effectively.Facilitate senior-level workshops/offsites and seminars:In collaboration with internal teams across multiple projects and industries. This might be a 10 person Executive team through to 1000s of people at large offsites, and everything in between.

What we're looking for:

A strong foundation in business and financial principles, a passion for client relationship building, and a consultative mindset are key. While business development experience is a plus, it's your ability to communicate effectively, present confidently, and collaborate seamlessly that will set you apart:

Experience in a consulting or corporate environment related to preferably (but not a must) change management, strategy manager and/or an organisational development field. Proven experience in leading projects, partnering with subject matter experts and senior business stakeholders. Strong business and financial acumen - these skills will regularly be called upon as you develop an intimate understanding of our client’s business and how we shape development experiences which are contextually rich in their strategy, business and desired outcomes. Evidence of a passion for building trusted relationships while managing clients. Business development experience is preferred but not essential. It’s the consultative mindset and approach we’re looking for here, we’ll help you build the skills you need. Able to communicate effectively with everyone you meet Digital savvy individuals who will leverage emergent technology (e.g. Artificial Intelligence) into their work to improve productivity and wow clients A desire and ability to present to a room that might have 100+ smart, eager people in it is a must.
