This is a permanent, fulltime position of 37 hours per week. The shift pattern is rotational days and nights.

As part of the nursing team the post holder will have the responsibility for the assessment , planning and maintaining of a high standard of nursing care for a group of patients within a Surgical Receiving ward.
The purpose of the ward is to provide nursing care for surgical patients prior to surgery, post surgery and for a wide variety of surgical conditions. Knowledge, Training and Experience Required:
Registered nurse on the NMC register Adult surgical nursing experience Knowledge of surgical terminology & common surgical conditions Ability to fulfil criteria outlined in the job description
