Join a prestigious global consulting firm as a Staff AI Consultant, contributing to the establishment and growth of their new AI Hub. This role emphasizes research and the application of advanced AI techniques to solve complex client challenges.

THE ROLE

As a Staff AI Consultant, you will:

• Engage directly with external clients, pitching to secure new business for the AI team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand the AI hub, including talent acquisition.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI Consultants as the hub develops.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• PhD in a relevant field, with a strong academic background.
• Extensive commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consulting environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of working with external clients or non-technical stakeholders.
• Research experience from academia or an R&D setting.
• Proficiency in advanced AI methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects.
• Technical proficiency in Python and SQL.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
