Job Description:

As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key strategic accounts. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver significant value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the contact center industry, SaaS products, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and effectively position our AI-driven SaaS solutions to address those needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and company goals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving the adoption and expansion of our solutions within strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the contact center industry, SaaS products, and artificial intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic accounts, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of contact center operations, SaaS solutions, and AI technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
