  • Collaborate cross-functionally with skin scientists, formulation scientists and claims experts.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance in all analyses and reporting.
  • Drive integration of multi-modal data sources to create a comprehensive picture of skin health and product performance.
  • Build and maintain knowledge systems and dashboards to track skin metrics, study outcomes, and historical benchmarks.
  • Upskill and mentor R&D colleagues, fostering a culture of data literacy and analytical thinking.
  • Identify and implement data automation models for use at all levels across R&D.
What you'll need to have
  • Advanced degree in data science.
  • Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modelling, ideally within the beauty industry or life sciences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing large content libraries or databases.
  • Excellent communication skills to share findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualisations, presentations, and reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar, with experience in data wrangling, modelling, and visualisation.
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
  • Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in data science and AI, and evaluate their potential for adoption.
