As Site Engineering Manager, you will lead all engineering and maintenance activity to support operations on site. You will be responsible for ensuring mechanical and electrical equipment operates at peak performance, driving continuous improvement, and reducing costs through innovative solutions. You will lead capital investment projects, oversee engineering budgets, and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements. Working closely with site leadership, you will develop and deliver the annual engineering strategy in line with the KP business vision and IWS principles. You will also build and lead a high-performing engineering team, developing their skills to meet current and future operational needs. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-paced FMCG environment, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on performance, safety, and innovation.

• Setting and managing engineering budgets and resources effectively

• Developing and coaching the engineering team for long-term success

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: 

• Degree qualified or apprentice-trained engineer, ideally with FMCG experience

• Strong track record in engineering leadership and project management

• Experience in developing and implementing PPM and improvement strategies

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong communication skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement and developing team capability
