What Impact Will You Have?

As a Sales Operations Director, you will carry a large amount of responsibility to secure and maintain data integrity supporting the Sales Team, maximize reporting efficiencies for the business to find new opportunities and identify market trends.

The Sales Operations Director will oversee and report on the efforts of the Sales Team and the successful usage of the data or the possible efficiency improvements necessary in the sales process and the customer journey to ensure annual targets are met and SOPs are followed.

You will report to the Vice President of Sales and take part in Leadership Meetings to help in various decision processes by supporting discussions with the relevant data.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with available collateral.
  • Oversee the importation of new leads and contacts on a daily basis.
  • Create clear dashboards and build out necessary reports within Salesforce based on desired company KPI’s.
  • Train new hires on Salesforce and its additional sales and marketing tools.
  • Update the team on any updated Salesforce enhancements and features.
  • Develop a workflow to effectively clean and manage existing and new data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to help create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Help to create targeted prospect lists and support client engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to help predict and forecast market trends.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and proposal templates, maintaining a most updated training curriculum and folder of key proposals, collaterals used, prospecting letters, draft contracts, demo quotes, etc.
  • Work with the leadership team to provide insightful information and analysis to steer business decisions and ensure optimal performance of the sales organization.
  • Maintain high adoption of the SFDC database protocol and SOP, used as our main source of sales reporting and customer management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom or the European Union and can travel in and out of all cities/countries where Flexjet serves, working across multicultural teams.
  • A personality capable of forging equally strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, independently of their rank and origin.
  • Works well under pressure, staying calm and articulate.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to handle change in meeting requirements and deadlines.
  • Expertise delivered with humble confidence; inspire immediate trust to positively motivate and lead a team of inside sales executives.
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign, and coordinate workload of assigned area and employees within a multiple project setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills combined with strong numerical abilities and proven presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
  • Solid work integrity and a genuine sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email, and specialized business applications software.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and preferably in additional languages.

Prior knowledge of:

  • The Aircraft Management and/or Charter market.
  • Business law concepts, a broad understanding of what constitutes a draft documentation vs. an execution contract, a binder, a purchase agreement.
  • Process improvement methodology and application.
  • New products, programs, services, best practices, and sales trends.
  • Business aircraft industry, products, and services.
