What You’ll Do

Support and maintain our existing ~100-user Salesforce org on a day-to-day basis Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with CRM systems and integration elements as they arise Design and build custom reports & dashboards to track new and existing KPIs Build new user workflows to automate new and existing business processes Document, maintain, and update business & technical processes and customisations Maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external applications Take ownership of data quality – from managing data import requests to performing data cleansing, deduplication, optimisation, and identifying process improvements to ensure our data remains as clean

Personal skills – Must have

Aptitude for understanding & manipulating large datasets Methodical approach to problem solving & troubleshooting Comfortable communicating at a high level within the business Experience working in a subscription-based business Professional fluency in English Willingness to work+/- 2hrs of UK office hours (09:00 - 17:30 GMT)

Personal skills – Nice to have

Experience of change management processes in a larger organisation Experience working in a B2B setting Project management or technical leadership experience Experience working in a multi-national organisation Experience working as part of a highly distributed team Ability to manage own workload, but willingness to work collaborativelywith peers within the team

SF Skills – Must have

Experience working in a 50-250 user org Background of working on internal SF orgs (as opposed to working as a consultant on 3rd party SF orgs) Experience with Salesforce Lightning Basic level of Apex development ability (does not need to be to senior level) Experience with Flow & Process Builder automation Experience providing end user support for the salesforce platform

SF Skills – Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce CPQ Experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems Experience working with Jira/Confluence Experience with Copado Essentials or similar deployment management systems Experience working with Salesforce DX / Visual Studio Code and Git-based source control systems (Bitbucket/GitHub/etc) Experience working with Salesforce DevOps Centre
