We are looking for a Senior Researcher to join our global Gen AI Trust group, applying Fujitsu’s global laboratories’ technologies to transform customers’ businesses. Technologies are currently applied in various industries such as Transport, Finance, Mobility, and Manufacturing industries.


Achieve Together

We are looking for a Researcher in our Generative AI Trust Group working on human centric AI innovations as part of a Global research team. Your role will involve

▪ Research and development in Generative AI trust and cyber security domain, leading and participating in cutting-edge research projects, focusing on generative models trust and security topics.

▪Accountable for leading research collaboration projects with academic & industrial partners involving researching technologies that offer solutions to threats posed to Generative AI models and machine learning, improving the trustworthiness and security of AI based systems and software, especially Generative AIs as well as improving cyber security activities utilizing AI models.

▪Technical leadership and working closely with Fujitsu Global R&D groups to develop the required

AI cyber security technologies. The output of the research is expected to be both published at top conferences and contribute to Fujitsu’s businesses.

▪ Mentoring interns and junior researchers.


Your experience


You will be able to demonstrate that you have:

▪ Ph.D. or similar Post-Graduate qualification in computer science or related field or equivalent research.

▪ Proven experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning models, especially Generative AI (Hands-on experience with Large Language Models or Diffusion Models – advantage).

▪ A passion for cyber security and AI security.

▪ Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and popular data science libraries.

▪ Good research track record and publications in top-tier conferences and journals.

▪ Experience in leading research collaboration projects with tangible outcomes.

▪ Able to propose research topics by exploring potential future business opportunities.

▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
