Role Overview:

As a Senior Research Engineer, you will take charge of fine-tuning large-scale pre-trained models to meet specific tasks and performance benchmarks. You'll have the opportunity to innovate, experiment, and implement novel techniques that make LLMs smarter, faster, and more adaptable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-Tuning Expertise:Lead the development and execution of advanced fine-tuning methodologies for LLMs to solve domain-specific problems.
  • Model Evaluation & Optimization:Analyze and refine models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance using cutting-edge techniques like few-shot learning, RLHF, and task-specific tuning.
  • Data Engineering:Curate and preprocess training data to maximize model performance for diverse applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with machine learning researchers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate fine-tuned models into production environments.
  • Research & Innovation:Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by exploring new techniques and contributing to the AI research community.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experiencein machine learning or NLP, with a focus on deep learning and fine-tuning large models.
  • In-depth understanding of LLM architectures, including transformers, and hands-on experience infine-tuning large-scale models.
  • Proficiency inPython, with expertise in deep learning frameworks likePyTorchorTensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with techniques such astransfer learning, prompt engineering, andreinforcement learning for language models.
  • A strong background in handling large datasets and optimizing model performance.
  • Proven track record of research and innovation in the AI/ML field, including published papers or significant project contributions.
