Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who lives and breathes Machine Learning and AI hiring. This role is all about placing some of the sharpest minds in AI. The kind of people building foundational models, redefining computer vision, or building robotics systems that push the limits of science and engineering.

You’ll support all hiring across our Machine Learning and AI orgs, working closely with our CTO, Functional Leads, and cross-functional leadership. Our teams are solving unique medical challenges at scale and we’re only as good as the people we bring in to do that.

We’re looking for someone with deep technical literacy, a network across the most prestigious AI orgs and a history of hiring people who’ve built first-of-its-kind systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring for our Machine Learning and AI orgs across Europe
  • Define and drive sourcing strategies targeting candidates in AI research, Computer Vision, Robotics, and Applied ML
  • Partner with senior leadership to define what “best-in-class” looks like and adapt hiring strategies accordingly
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to close with high autonomy
  • Leverage data, tooling, and your network to build proactive pipelines and enable hiring velocity without sacrificing bar
  • Champion a top-tier candidate experience, especially with senior and hard-to-reach profiles

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with deep exposure to AI/Machine Learning domains
  • Successful track record placing engineers and researchers at market disrupting organisations
  • Deep understanding of AI subfields including computer vision, robotics, NLP, and applied ML
  • Strong technical fluency. You can go beyond buzzwords and calibrate for real-world ability
  • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp
  • Passionate about using AI for real-world impact, especially in healthcare and human well-being
  • Experience contributing to diversity hiring strategies and building inclusive recruitment processes
  • Proficient in using data and metrics to inform sourcing strategies, track performance, and drive continuous improvement

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
