As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead your squad in building world-class products in key problem spaces, helping to deliver on our ambitious goals and driving the next phase of Spotify's growth.

What You'll Do

Own the roadmap for your team and be responsible for delivering impactful product experiences. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Insights within your team, as well as business partners across the organization, to set goals and develop strategies for reaching them. Stay on top of consumer trends and Spotify’s place in the competitive landscape.

Who You Are

You have 6+ years of consumer product growth experience, with a track record of successful product outcomes You are results-oriented, and find feasible ways to validate big and novel ideas. You love learning and building new products! You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change. You are experienced in defining and driving product strategy, and biased towards action and driving impact. You are experienced with data driven product development, and you build on insights from both qualitative and quantitative methods. You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills. You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, able to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to your teammates and to partners at all levels.

Where You'll Be

This role will ideally be located in the UK or Sweden.
