This role can beconducted remotely within the United Kingdom, although there isexpected to be travel (especially in/around London) for events andproject meetings. As part of this team, you will be responsible forowning, developing, and executing the product strategy to realizethe vision for a product targeting the AI assurance market. KeyResponsibilities 1. Define and execute the product strategy,incorporating changes in the global AI regulatory landscape andadvising Senior Management on courses of action. 2. Develop,define, and execute the product roadmap to deliver against theproduct strategy. 3. Manage product requirements, using agileprinciples, that enable the product team to deliver against theproduct roadmap. 4. Collaborate with internal teams and workclosely with the Engineering Manager to leverage Trilateral’sin-house expertise for ideation, validation, and consultation. 5.Lead the provision of marketing and sales enablement inputs to therelevant teams. 6. Drive customer research and gather marketfeedback to validate product-market fit, to inform the productstrategy and roadmap. 7. Drive customer satisfaction of the productthrough direct engagement (e.g., onboarding and training) andindirect engagement (e.g., product analytics and other feedbackmechanisms). 8. Define the product’s GTM and RTM strategies,including pricing strategies and models, in collaboration with therelevant internal teams. 9. Manage the inputs, outputs,documentation, and decisions within the company’s ProductManagement Committee (PMC). 10. Identify productdiscovery/experimentation needs to advance the product’s value andseek approvals via the PMC. 11. Ensure that relevant sociotechnicalconsiderations are incorporated into product planning andexecution. 12. Proactively collaborate with the productteam/internal stakeholders to identify, capture, and pursue fundingfor a pipeline of future innovation areas. Required Education andExperience 1. Bachelors degree to support responsibilities(preferably in a business-related discipline). 2. Minimum of 4years experience in product management within a SaaS environment.3. Experience applying agile principles, tools, and methods forsoftware/product development. 4. Experience influencing andexecuting strategies across the software development lifecycle,including discovery, development, and production. 5. Experienceleading pilot and evaluation efforts with prospective customers toinform product requirements, roadmap, and strategy. 6. Experienceprioritising and planning product goals to meet businessobjectives. 7. Proven experience working in interdisciplinaryproduct teams and communicating effectively with diversestakeholders. 8. Experience of working with public sector clients.9. Certifications or accreditations in project managementmethodologies, e.g., APMP, PMQ, PRINCE2, PPM, CSM, Agile/Scrum. 10.Leadership and/or people management experience. ProfessionalKnowledge and Technical Skills 1. Proven project and productmanagement skills including product strategy definition,coordination, monitoring, user testing, prioritisation, andevaluation of product vision and roadmap. 2. Working knowledge ofbusiness value propositions to support marketing and sales effortswithin target markets. 3. Demonstrable understanding ofsociotechnical development and explainable AI. 4. Proven expertiseand knowledge in the RegTech or AI assurance industries (or closelyrelated areas). 5. Competent working with Microsoft applications(Office Suite, SharePoint) and project management software(Confluence, Jira etc.) 6. Strong ability to navigate complexity,reduce uncertainty and chart a well-reasoned plan of action. 7.Demonstrable interest in/understanding of the sociotechnicalimplications of using data science and cloud platforms fordelivering social good.
