We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who loves working with a team to deliver truly exceptional products.Being part of our product team within Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes, setting a sky-high quality bar for product, and influencing the strategic direction based on partner feedback and market demands.Please note this role is London-based, working a minimum of 2 days per week from our Hoxton HQ, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. You will also spend some time with users of the product in the field.You’ll be Hands-on with product management - Managing multiple products and priorities, whilst being able to set the roadmap at a squad levelEstablishing clear and measurable goals - Define and set meaningful goals, for which you hold yourself and our engineers accountableMaking evidence-based decisions - Using a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and market insights.
