We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with experience AI and Analytics to spearhead the development of groundbreaking product lines. The ideal candidate will have proven product management in a B2B SaaS environment similar to Sidetrade. They should possess hands-on experience in productizing AI technologies, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI features. This role presents a unique opportunity to work closely with Sidetrade's flagship clients, harnessing the vast potential of our data lake, and collaborating with a talented team of engineers and data scientists to innovate and create the next generation of AI-powered solutions. 

Requirements

What you will do:

Define, execute and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and market gaps, collaborating directly with customers, prospects, analysts, and strategic partners.  Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements. Drive the prioritization and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.  Monitor user reactions post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.  Serve as an ambassador for Sidetrade's product vision both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.  Collaborate with other products managers to identify opportunities for AI integration, enhancing user journeys and delivering maximum value. 

What you will bring: 

Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on AI, LLM or machine learning products Strong understanding of GenAI, AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI. Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with users and understand their needs deeply.  Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, capable of creative problem-solving.  Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from customers to developers.  Proficient in Agile methodologies, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  Passion for learning and continuous improvement.  Good knowledge of security constraints related to product development.
