We are made up of 110 individuals from more than 20 different countries.Location: LondonDepartment: ProductJob Description Are you a dynamic and visionary Product Manager with a passion for shaping ecosystemsand driving growth? In this role, you will create and execute the strategy for BlueOptima’snew plugin ecosystem, enabling software development organisations to maximiseperformance through seamless integrations. You will define the product vision, prioritise opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to increase adoption, usage andretention of our plugins. This role will report to the Head of Product, will be one of thethree musketeers in the Product team and will collaborate closely with the Customer FacingTeams, Engineering and User Experience team (All for One, and One for All).Responsibilities and tasks:Define and own the roadmap for our plugin ecosystem, aligning with BlueOptima’s wider product vision.Research how developers and software teams will benefit from our plugins; translate insights into user stories and clear product requirements.Build prioritisation frameworks, manage product backlogs, and work with Engineering and UX teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.Devise and implement strategies to drive adoption, ongoing usage and retention; collaborate with Client Facing teams to optimise user onboarding.Establish success metrics, track plugin usage data, identify bottlenecks, and run experiments to improve product performance.Engage with senior management, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to coordinate feature launches and gather market feedback.Monitor trends and emerging opportunities to enhance the product ecosystem; champion improvements in user experience and overall customer value.Qualifications

Must Haves / Requirements (Technical requirements/ Previous experience):5+ years managing SaaS products, preferably in a scaling environment where you owned complex features end-to-end. Experience in Product Development Lifecycle, product scoping, requirement gathering, backlog management, schedule and estimations, reviews and validations, execution, tracking and monitoring, documentation.Demonstrable track record of driving product strategy and ensuring commercial success (e.g. increased revenue, adoption, or retention).Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.Experience in defining and tracking KPIs, making data-driven decisions, and running experiments to validate product assumptions.Understand developer workflows and pain points in depth.Skilled at bridging technical and non-technical teams, leading discussions with senior leadership, and articulating a clear product vision.Proven ability to manage priorities, and drive initiatives through to success with minimal supervision.Strong sense of accountability and ownership and ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way.Experience working with internal and external senior stakeholders, and with cross-functional teams.Good to have (Technical requirements/ Previous experience):Prior work launching or managing integrations in developer-focused ecosystems (e.g. Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure Repos).Familiarity with handling complex datasets and transforming them into actionable insights.Advocate for user-centred design practices and exposure to user research, usability testing and design thinking to enhance product adoption.Experience guiding and mentoring a product or engineering team, particularly around growth-focused projects.Experience leading software engineering team or product teamBackground in software development, computer science, data science or mathematics, with a strong grasp of SDLC and engineering workflows.How success will be measured in this role:Plugin Adoption & Retention: Number of installations, active usage rates, and recurring usage of BlueOptima plugins.Growth in Revenue & User Engagement: Evidence of increased revenue streams linked to plugin usage and higher customer satisfaction.Roadmap Delivery & Quality: Maintaining product quality, and delivering features that align with the needs of end users.Strategic Impact: Tangible contribution to BlueOptima’s long-term product vision, expanding our ecosystem and solidifying our position in the market.Additional Information In BlueOptima, we strive to strengthen your skills, widen your scope of work and develop your career fast.
