Description We are looking for highly skilled andexperienced Senior MLOps Engineer to join our team. This role willbe involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust andscalable machine learning pipelines. This person will possess astrong background in DevOps practices, machine learning principles,and cloud computing platforms. You will work closely with datascientists and software engineers to streamline the deployment andmonitoring of machine learning models, ensuring efficiency andreliability in ML operations. Requirements SoftwareEngineering: 1. Proficiency in programming languages used in ML,such as Python/ Java. 2. Knowledge of software development bestpractices and methodologies. 3. Experience with version controlsystems (e.g., Git). 4. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6. Understandingof data structures and algorithms. 7. Ability to design and developscalable, efficient, and maintainable software systems. 8.Experience with microservice architecture, API development. MachineLearning (ML): 1. Deep understanding of machine learningprinciples, algorithms, and techniques. 2. Experience with popularML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn,or Apache Spark. 3. Proficiency in data preprocessing, featureengineering, and model evaluation. 4. Knowledge of ML modeldeployment and serving strategies, including containerization andmicroservices. 5. Familiarity with ML lifecycle management,including versioning, tracking, and model monitoring. 6. Ability tooptimize and fine-tune ML models for performance and accuracy. 7.Understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design. 8.Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation of ML results.Job responsibilities 1. Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer orin a similar role, with an excellent understanding of AI/MLlifecycle management. 2. Strong experience deploying andproductionising ML models. 3. Familiarity with data engineeringconcepts, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and big datatechnologies. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the abilityto troubleshoot complex issues in AI/ML systems. Technical Insight1. Skills with MLOps concepts and principles. 2. Experience withcloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) andcontainerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 3. Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python, experience with AI/MLframeworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and experience with MLOpsframeworks/tools (e.g. Sagemaker pipelines, Azure ML Studio,VertexAI, Kubeflow, MLFlow, Seldon, EvidentlyAI).
