As a Senior Marketing Manager at Quilter, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our platform and investments proposition resonates with both customers and financial advisers. Your responsibilities will span marketing planning, campaign execution, marketing estate management and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Marketing planning and proposition ownership

You will take ownership for the Platform and Investments part of our proposition. You will develop a deep understanding of your proposition area and position it effectively to resonate with advisers and customers.

Create and deploy marketing campaigns and collateral

You will lead a team of four platform and investment marketing managers to create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of Quilter to advisers and customers. To build campaigns, you and your team will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure you have all the information required to create high-quality marketing collateral and promotional activity. You will then work with colleagues to monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Integration with overall marketing plan

In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, you will ensure the platform and investments marketing plan seamlessly integrates with the other elements of marketing plan. You will also ensure there is alignment with the broader brand messaging and corporate goals.

Digital presence and social media

You and your team will be responsible for bringing the Quilter proposition to life through engaging website and social media content. Working with the website and social media manager, you'll ensure digital marketing is able to positively influence adviser and customer behaviour.

Marketing estate management

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of marketing materials, from sign-off to annual reviews. This will involve using Quilter's marketing Workflow System MPAH.

Champion Quilter's CLEAR principles

It is your responsibility to ensure CLEAR is embedded in the work of your team.

Stakeholder engagement

You will need to interact confidently with senior leaders and work closely with wider teams such as Sales, Operations andpliance. You will need to clearly articulate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.



Marketing must align with our business plan, and you will work closely with the head of marketing to prioritise marketing activities. You will need to evaluate marketing initiatives based on theirmercial impact and then make informed decisions within allocated budgets. You will help to ensure that delivery deadlines are achievable and met.

About You

Ideally you will have experience as either a Marketing Manager or currently a Senior Marketing Manager. You will be leading a team of four Marketing Managers and able to provide an excellent level of stakeholder management. Experience within Financial Services is ideal but not essential.
