Job Title - Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights

Location - Walton Oaks

Contract - 12 months

Pay - £ 28.85 p/h to £36.38 p/h PAYE, £32.33 p/h to £40.77 p/h Umbella

SRG are working with a global leading pharmaceutical company that are seeking a Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IQVIA and Pharma data, proficiency in SQL coding, expertise with Snowflake, and excellent documentation skills. This role requires exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to work cross-functionally across various teams.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Performance Analytics & Insights team to deliver high-quality analytical support and insights.
Utilize IQVIA and Pharma data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Design, develop, and implement SQL-based queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and support business decision-making.
Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using Snowflake.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytics methodologies, and insights to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Digital and after analytical functions
Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve and innovate our analytical capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analytics, data insights, or a related area.
Strong expertise in IQVIA data and Pharma data is essential.
Proficient in SQL coding with the ability to write complex queries and scripts.
Experience with Snowflake for data storage and management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Desirable Skills

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
