The opportunity for a (first) Senior Machine Learning Engineer, to help a growing, bootstrapped startup. The company has a hybrid culture which normally looks likes 3 days in their central London office, and are looking to grow their team in order to be able to provide more personalised recommendations to it's users.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning
• Experience collaborating with Product/Commercial teams to determine the relevance of the signals.
• Ideally experience working on models based on user-generated signals and the recommendation algorithms.
• A Self-starter (not generic requirement, joining a start up, so will be working with multiple stakeholders and pro-actively managing end to end projects).
