My client is looking to hire a Senior Machine Learning Expert/ Engineer to create, grow and lead a talented team of platform engineers and software engineers.

Within this role, you will work closely with Machine learning researchers in order to develop platforms for deploying and scaling cutting edge machine learning algorithms and models in pursuit of innovative discoveries. The ability work within cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and proactively making technical decisions regarding choice of tooling/ architectural design, is crucial within the survival of this role.


Expected Skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience in software engineering, platform engineering and software architecture skills,
  • Experience with Machine Learning development throughout whole development lifecycle
  • Industry experience working within a pharmaceutical or biotech ideally within drug discovery projects,
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning accelerator hardware,
  • Experience creating, leading and mentoring ambitious, diverse engineering teams (teams of 5 and above).
