Job Description

Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AI/LLM Ops

Own, build and optimise LLM-powered AI solutions from the ground up.

This isn’t just another ML role —as the Senior AI Engineer you’ll shape the product. You’ll working with the latest AI tech in a fast-moving, high-impact startup team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deploy & optimise LLMs, NLP, and AI pipelines in production.
  • Build scalable, efficient ML workflows (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, LangFuse, Agenta).
  • Solve real-world AI challenges — not just churning out tickets.
  • System designers & builders — we want problem-solvers, not just theorists.
  • Work cross-functionally to turn AI into real business impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep Python expertise (multi-threading, decorators, optimisation).
  • MLOps experience — building & deploying AI at scale.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starters who challenge ideas.
  • Strong AI/LLM problem-solving skills, not just model fine-tuning.
  • Hybrid role (1-2 days in-office) — when it makes common sense.

If you want to own & shape a greenfield AI product, let’s talk.

How to Write an AI CV that Beats ATS (UK examples)

Writing an AI CV for the UK market is about clarity, credibility, and alignment. Recruiters spend seconds scanning the top third of your CV, while Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) check for relevant skills & recent impact. You’ll get a clean CV anatomy, a phrase bank for measurable bullets, GitHub & portfolio tips, and three copy-ready UK examples (junior, mid, research). Paste the structure, replace the details, and tailor to each job ad.
