About the role:-

Haleon is hiring a motivated and experienced Senior AI/ML Architect to join our Data Architecture and Platforms team. In this role, you will be essential in transforming the needs of our business and machine learning engineers into scalable and effective AI/ML solutions. Your responsibilities include bridging the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring AI/ML solutions are strategically aligned and deliver real business value.

As a key member of the Data Office, you will design, build, and manage Haleon's enterprise wide AI/ML architecture, aligning it with our data strategy and driving continuous improvement in our capabilities and efficiencies. Collaborating closely with the Principal AI/ML Architect, to establish a robust AIML architecture framework and best practices for sustainable advancement.

Your role involves extensive cross-functional interaction, working with leaders, teams, and tech partners across Haleon's global operations to foster and support data and AI/ML initiatives. This high-impact, high-visibility position requires strong communication, a deep understanding of AIML architecture, solutions and modelling, and the ability to engage stakeholders across various functions and regions, promoting an enterprise-wide approach to data.

Responsibilities

Solution Development: Translate the requirements of business and machine learning engineers into scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions.

Strategic Alignment: Ensure AI/ML solutions are in sync with HALEON’s strategic goals, contributing to measurable business impact.

Architecture Design and Management: Lead in designing, building, and managing a comprehensive AI/ML architecture, maintaining end-to-end accountability.

Collaborative Leadership: Work under the Principal AI/ML Architect to establish AI/ML architecture frameworks and design standards. Enhance organizational capabilities to support ongoing improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various business functions, regions, tech partners, and architects to support and drive AI/ML initiatives across Haleon.

Continuous Improvement: Focus on enhancing AI/ML capabilities and efficiencies, keeping abreast of latest trends and technologies in the field.

Collaborate cross team: Work with Data Architects, Tech Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure the enterprise view of AIML is represented accurately within an application or solution scope and participate in architecture forums and review boards.

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science with a total experience of 5-8 years.

Experience: Proven track record in AI/ML architecture, with substantial experience in data architecture and modeling.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AI/ML technologies and tools, with the ability to integrate them into scalable solutions. Demonstrable experience in creating and managing an enterprise AI/ML architecture and scalable solutions over a data platform.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align AI/ML solutions with broader business strategies and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Collaborative Approach: Demonstrated success in working collaboratively across different functions and cultural boundaries within an organization.
